- Wikibusines uses CiteScope itself on a free Gemini Flash tier (under 1,500 grounded prompts per day). External clients start on Starter. Annual prepay gets a 20% discount on every tier.
- What counts as a 'prompt'?
- A prompt is one buyer-intent question that runs across all enabled AI models every day. 25 prompts on Starter means 25 distinct questions, each answered by ChatGPT + Claude + Perplexity + Gemini daily.
- Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
- Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancel anytime, no termination fee.
- Do you charge for Claude playbook generations?
- Pro and Agency include unlimited playbook generations (each one costs us about $0.005 in Anthropic fees). Starter includes 5 per month.
- How does white-label work?
- On Agency, you point a CNAME at our infrastructure, upload your logo and accent color, optionally hide CiteScope branding entirely. Your clients log in at your URL and see your brand throughout the dashboard, alerts, and PDF reports.
